Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. mashed sweet potato
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 to 1/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour, sweet potato, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in milk. Divide dough in half. Use one half for pie. Drop remaining dough by spoonfuls onto greased baking sheet. Bake until light brown, 12 to 15 minutes.
