Louisiana Yummy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 sticks oleo
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 small carton Cool Whip
    1 large pkg. instant chocolate pudding
    1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    3 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    1st Layer:
    Melt oleo in an 11 x 13-inch pan and mix with flour and pecans.
    Press in pan.
    Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
