4 Layer Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1 c. flour
    1 c. chopped nuts
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. Cool Whip
    1 large instant chocolate pudding mix
    3 c. milk
    1 large Cool Whip
Preparation
    Melt the butter.
    Add flour and nuts.
    Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Cool.
