Salmon Loaf With Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 tsp. grated lemon zest
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
    1 tsp. hot sauce
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Flake salmon, reserving liquid and remove bones and dark skin. Combine with remaining ingredients. Moisten with salmon liquid. Spoon into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
