Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 9 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
    3/4 cake yeast (not dry)
    1/4 c. liquid oil
    3 c. lukewarm water (more if necessary)
Preparation
    Put flour in pan plus sugar and salt. Sprinkle yeast on flour. Add water. Mix. While in sticky stage, add oil. Knead on table (floured) about 1/2 hour. Grease a pan about 3 times larger than the dough. Place dough in the pan. Cover and let rise about 2 to 3 hours. Punch down. Grease bread pans. Form the dough; place in bread pans. Let rise again 1 to 2 hours. Bake at 375\u00b0 until nicely browned.
