Beautiful Butterflied Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. shrimp (15 to 20 count)
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. paprika
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 pt. milk or more
Preparation
    Shell and clean shrimp.
    Split down the back to butterfly, leaving tails on.
    Make batter by combining remaining ingredients. Dip shrimp in batter, a few at a time.
    Cook in deep fryer of hot oil at 375\u00b0 for 3 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
