Cheesecake Divine - cooking recipe

Ingredients

16 graham crackers
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
3 eggs, separated
1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
grated peel of 1 lemon
1 c. whipping cream
1 can cherry pie filling

Preparation

Place graham crackers between 2 pieces of wax paper.
Crush with rolling pin. Mix with 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup butter.
Line bottom and sides of 9-inch spring-form pan with this mixture. Bake 10 minutes in preheated 400\u00b0 oven.
Cool.
