Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of onion soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Ro-Tel with chillies
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 bag Doritos
Preparation
    Brown onion and meat until tender; drain off grease.
    Combine all soups, Ro-Tel and taco seasoning with meat.
    Add Doritos, breaking into small pieces.
    Mix well.
    Add 1/2 cup cheese; mix. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
    Bake in large, oblong dish (13 x 9-inch) 30 to 45 minutes at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0.
