Chocolate Chip Cream Cheese Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 rolls Pillsbury chocolate chip cookies
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional0

Preparation

Soften cream cheese.
Slice one roll of cookies into 24 slices and line bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Do not grease pan!!
Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla until smooth with mixer. Spread over layer of cookies.
Slice second roll of cookies into 24 slices and cover cream cheese mixture.
Top with chopped nuts, if desired.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
