Kahlua Fruit Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. Kahlua
    1/2 c. cream, whipped
Preparation
    Pour first 4 ingredients into saucepan.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until mixture coats back of spoon; cool.
    Fold into whipped cream.
    Serve with sliced fresh fruit.
    Makes 2 1/2 cups.
