Good Pie Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    2 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg, break in cup and fill with water
Preparation
    Sift flour.
    Add sugar and salt; cut in shortening.
    Add water and egg gradually to make a soft dough.
    Roll out on a lightly floured board for desired size.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 until brown.
