Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    3 c. sugar
    4 beaten eggs
    1 qt. buttermilk
    5 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking soda
    15 oz. box Raisin Bran
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix until well blended.
    Store in tightly covered bowl for up to 6 weeks in refrigerator.
    When desired, spoon dough from top of bowl into greased muffin tins. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Makes 3 dozen total.
