Tuna And Scallion Canape - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz. light tuna in water, drained and chopped
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
    5 stuffed olives, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped scallions
    1 Tbsp. virgin olive oil
    salt to taste
    wheat crackers
    pimento pieces for garnish
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except the crackers and pimento.
    Blend well.
    Place 1 tablespoon of mixture on top of each cracker and garnish with a piece of pimento.
