2 boneless chicken breast halves, cubed
2 c. peeled cubed eggplant
1 small zucchini, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 (8 oz.) pkg. thin spaghetti noodles or angel hair pasta
