Fale Dunaju(Waves Of Dunaj) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    0.25 kg margarine
    1 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    2 tsp. cocoa
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. cherries
    juice of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Cream the margarine with sugar and egg yolks until well blended. Add flour, baking powder and lemon juice. Beat egg whites until stiff and add to mixture.
    Divide batter into two parts. Add 1.5 teaspoons cocoa and 2 teaspoons water into one part of the batter.
    Pour this batter over the first part.
    Sprinkle cherries over the top.
    Bake at 150\u00b0 to 200\u00b0 C for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. After cake is done, allow to cool and pour Cream over same.
