Italian Chicken Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 1/2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
    1 (2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    2/3 c. quick cooking rice
    1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen Italian green beans
Preparation
    In 10-inch skillet, cook celery, green pepper, onion and garlic in hot oil until tender.
    Stir in undrained tomatoes, chicken, beans, uncooked rice, undrained mushrooms, Italian seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/8 teaspoon of pepper.
    Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes or until beans and rice are done.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Cover; cook 2 minutes more or until cheese is melted.
    Serve immediately.
    Serves 4.
