Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. finely chopped bell pepper
    2/3 c. fine cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. water (soak crumbs in)
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. Dale steak sauce
    1 can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation
    Mix the ground chuck, bell pepper, onion, eggs, flour, Dale sauce and cracker crumbs together.
    Shape in loaf.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Mix the tomato sauce, ketchup and mustard together; pour over meat loaf.
    Continue cooking for an additional 10 minutes.
