Cucumber Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1 1/2 Tbsp. low calorie mayonnaise
    1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced (1 c.)
    1/4 c. plain yogurt
    1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 tsp. dried dill weed
    salt to taste
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    In blender combine cottage cheese and mayonnaise; puree until smooth.
    In medium bowl combine cottage cheese mixture, cucumber, yogurt, onion and dill weed until well blended.
    Add salt to taste and buttermilk.
    Contains 12 calories per tablespoon.
