Diabetic Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 2/3 c. skim milk
2 Tbsp. sweetener
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. corn oil
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation

Crust:
Mix flour and salt together.
Drizzle corn oil over this.
Mix well.
Add cold water.
Shape into pan and cool.
