Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oranges
    2 1/2 c. fresh cranberries
    3 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
    3 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Peel oranges.
    Put peelings and cranberries through grinder. Section oranges.
    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
    Add lemon juice, sugar and salt.
    Add to oranges and cranberries, celery and pineapple and pecan mixture.
    Mix well.
    Pour into 10-cup mold. Chill overnight.
