Dominic'S Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
    1 large onion
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 lb. Swiss cheese, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Saute onion and mushrooms in butter until onion is translucent. Let cool slightly.
    In big bowl, mix spinach, eggs and cheese.
    Add onion mixture.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Put in an ovenproof 8 x 12-inch glass dish.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for approximately 45 minutes or until golden brown.
