Julie'S Refresher Course - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. Boston and/or romaine lettuce, torn into pieces
    8 oz. shrimp, cleaned and cooked
    1 small red onion, sliced
    1 medium tomato, cut into wedges
    1 carrot, sliced diagonally
    4 oz. (about 1 c.) snow peas
    1/2 c. sliced cucumber
    1/2 c. Wish-Bone Healthy Sensation Ranch dressing
Preparation
    In large salad bowl, combine all ingredients except dressing. Add Ranch dressing and toss gently.
    Makes 4 main dish or 8 side dish servings.
