Banana Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. bananas, mashed
    1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in the order they are listed.
    Grease and flour a 5 x 9-inch loaf pan.
    Cook for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 325\u00b0 or until top is golden brown.
