Crab Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, diced
    1/2 lb. crabmeat
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. milk
    1 rib celery, diced
    1 medium green pepper, diced
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    Tabasco to taste
    soy sauce to taste
    Worcestershire sauce to taste
    3/4 stack saltine crackers, crushed fine
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Combine crabmeat, mayonnaise and milk and set aside.
    In skillet brown celery, diced onion and green pepper in butter.
    Add to crabmeat mixture.
    Add about 2 shots of Tabasco sauce and several squirts of soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
    Add enough cracker crumbs to make mixture thick enough to bake.
    Top with additional cracker crumbs and dot generously with butter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes, until brown and bubbly.
    Makes 4 servings.
