Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. squash, sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 c. toasted bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Cook squash with onion and salt until done in small amount of water. Drain off excess water and mash. Add egg and bread crumbs. Put into greased casserole and cover with grated cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
