Diabetic Hawaiian Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 graham cracker crusts
    20 oz. can crushed pineapple
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    3/4 c. Sugar Twin
    3 bananas
Preparation
    Drain pineapple.
    Remove juice.
    Add sugar and flour to juice. Cook until thickened.
    Let cool and fold in pineapple and sliced bananas.
    Pour in pie crust.
    Sprinkle nuts over all.
    Then sprinkle coconut.
    Chill 2 hours.
    Cover with Cool Whip. Delicious
