Italian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. bread crumbs (grated Italian bread)
    3 Tbsp. Asiago cheese, grated
    1 clove garlic, minced fine
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    dash of allspice
Preparation
    Mix well and form into balls.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Place in sauce and simmer for 2 to 3 hours.
