Browned Onion Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, sliced
    4 c. water or more
    3 medium potatoes
    season with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Quarter sliced onion.
    Brown onion in deep pan in bacon grease.
    When browned, add 2 tablespoons of flour and brown lightly.
    Then add water.
    Add potatoes that have been sliced and halved.
    Season to taste.
    Boil 10 minutes, then simmer until potatoes are cooked.
    Serve.
