Turkey Cheddar Casserole - cooking recipe

1 (16 oz.) pkg. medium egg noodles
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
2 c. cubed, cooked turkey
Preparation

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
Cook broccoli; drain and dice.
