Chicken Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 deep 9-inch pie crust
1 Tbsp. pimento
6 eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 c. cooked chicken, chunked
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. half and half
3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Prick crust and bake at 400\u00b0 for 3 minutes.
Remove from oven; prick again, then bake 5 minutes longer.
Cool.
Place chicken, pimento and cheese in bottom of shell.
Combine eggs, half and half, onion, salt and pepper.
Pour in shell and bake at 425\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes or until set.
