Muffin Splits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped ripe olives
1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. freeze dried chives (soak before using)
Preparation

Split and toast English muffins.
Spread mixture on top, clear to the edge.
Cut in fourths and broil until it bubbles.
Will do up to 9 muffins (72 pieces).
