Grandma B'S Sausage Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. mild sausage
1 1/2 c. onion
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 1/2 c. celery
1 1/2 loaves sandwich bread, toasted and broken into bits
4 eggs (raw)
1 c. hot milk
1 c. hot water
2 c. broth
Preparation

Fry hot sausage and mild sausage until done.
Do not drain. Fry onion, margarine and celery until tender and salt and pepper to taste.
Mix sausage mixture, onion mixture and bread mixture, then add eggs, hot milk, hot water and broth.
Spread on cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
