Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices fresh sandwich bread (no crust)
    6 eggs
    1/2 lb. Old English cheese
    1/4 lb. butter or margarine
    1 pt. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Step One:
    Heat cheese and butter in double boiler until melted; mix well.
