Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, cook in skins approximately 30 minutes
    1 (16 oz.) sour cream
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. grated cheese (American or Cheddar)
    1 stick oleo
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and grate when cold.
    Heat soup and butter over low heat and blend in sour cream.
    In large bowl alternate potatoes, onions, cheese and sauce.
    Toss lightly.
    Put in 9 x 14-inch buttered dish.
    Crush corn flakes and sprinkle over top of casserole (optional).
    Add 2 tablespoons oleo over corn flakes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
