Oven Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
salt to taste
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 small jar prepared mustard
1 1/2 c. tomato catsup

Preparation

Spread meat in baking pan and put in 400\u00b0 oven.
Stir occasionally until done.
Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan and heat on top unit.
Pour over meat all together and serve on hot buns.
Reduce heat to 300\u00b0 to keep barbecue ready to serve.
