Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. pecans (1/2 in mixture, 1/2 rolled outside)
1/4 c. bell pepper
3 tsp. minced dried onion
3/4 Tbsp. seasoned salt
Preparation

Mix all together; form in ball.
Chill before rolling in nuts. Wrap in foil and let set for 6 to 7 hours in refrigerator.
