Quick-Baked Pasta(Family Style) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    3 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
    1/2 c. half and half
    3/4 c. spaghetti sauce
    3/4 c. good brown gravy (homemade if have) or canned beef gravy
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
    1 tsp. dried whole oregano
    1/2 tsp. dried whole rosemary
    salt and pepper to taste
    3/4 lb. penne pasta (short, small pasta tubes)
Preparation
    Prepare pasta according to package directions.
    Add oil to a frying pan; cook beef and garlic.
    Saute until the meat is tender, then drain excess fat.
    Add all remaining ingredients, except the cheese for topping and the pasta.
    Simmer while pasta is cooking. Drain pasta; mix with the sauce.
    Pour into a 3-quart baking dish; top with cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes, or until bubbly hot.
    Serves 6.
