Marinara Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 large cloves garlic, minced
    1 large onion, minced
    2 (4-inch) sprigs fresh rosemary or 1 tsp. dried
    2 (3-inch) sprigs fresh oregano or 1 tsp. dried
    2 (3-inch) sprigs fresh thyme or 1 tsp. dried
    1 Tbsp. fresh basil, minced
    2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Heat olive oil in large skillet; add garlic and onion and saute until transparent.
    Remove stems from fresh herbs.
    Add herbs, tomato sauce and water to skillet and simmer 30 to 40 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 4 1/2 cups.
