Quick And Easy Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked, chopped chicken or 2 cans mixed chicken
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    1/2 stick butter
    1 c. Ritz or Club crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Combine chicken, soup and sour cream. Place in casserole. Melt butter and mix with cracker crumbs. Sprinkle on top of chicken mixture. Bake at 400\u00b0 until bubbly. Serves 4.
