Peek-A-Boo Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 soup can water
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 cut up frying chicken
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except chicken.
    Pour into large baking dish and place chicken on top.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours and don't peek!
