10 slices sourdough bread, cut into cubes
2 lb. bulk sausage
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
3 c. milk
Preparation

Slightly butter 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Butter bread and chop into cubes.
Cook sausage and drain off fat.
