Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
4 tsp. flour
1 c. diced ham or cooked bacon
3 eggs
1 c. milk or light cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 pie crust
Preparation

Dredge cheese in flour, then sprinkle cheese and ham evenly into pie crust.
Combine eggs, milk, salt and mustard.
Beat until smooth.
Pour over cheese and ham mixture.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Make sure crust does not burn.
Cool slightly and serve.
