Biscotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. canola oil
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla or almond flavoring
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. slivered almonds, toasted and chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix first 4 ingredients in a large bowl with wooden spoon.
    Combine baking powder with flour and add to egg mixture, 1/2 cup at a time.
    Add nuts and mix.
    Divide dough into 6 portions and dust with a little flour to prevent stickiness.
    Form each into a loaf shape on an ungreased cookie sheet (3 loaves on 1 cookie sheet).
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven.
    Immediately cut each loaf on a slant. Return to oven on side and bake until golden.
