Eggless Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. cocoa
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    3/4 c. salad oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients in a 9 x 13 pan. Make 3 wells. Pour vanilla in one. Pour oil in one. Pour vinegar in one. Pour water over top. Mix but don't beat. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0. Very moist. Serve with or without frosting.
