Caramel Fried Apples - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. apples
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
-
Pare apples; cut in good sized pieces.
Let the butter become hot; add apples, sugar and water.
Cook (without stirring) until apples are soft and sugar and butter become golden brown on the bottom of the pan.
Serve with meat.
Serves six.
