Sugar-Free Banana Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. dry milk
    2 c. hot water
    2 to 4 bananas
    2 eggs, separated
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 to 4 pkg. Equal
    1/2 box vanilla wafers
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add hot water and cook over medium heat until mixture starts to thicken.
    Add beaten egg yolks and cook approximately 2 minutes.
    Add margarine, vanilla and Equal.
    Pour over layered vanilla wafers and bananas.
    Top with beaten egg whites if desired, then bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly brown.
