Blueberries, Peach Cobbler(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans berries or peaches
    1 c. sugar (1/4 c. Equal or Sweet 'N Low equals 1 c. sugar)
    1/2 stick butter (unsweetened and unsalted)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 deep-dish shells
Preparation
    Mix berries, sugar and butter or oleo in pot.
    Add flour in cup of water and mix until smooth.
    Add to berries mixture.
    Let cook for 1/2 hour.
    Pour 1/2 into pie shell.
    Brown one pie shell. Put on top of mixture and the rest of filling.
    Cover with third pie shell.
    Punch a couple of holes in top shell.
    Add three pats of butter or oleo.
    Sprinkle 1 package of Equal over the top. Bake until crust is brown at about 350\u00b0.
