Spareribs And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 lb. spareribs
2 large cans sauerkraut
Preparation

Cook spareribs in a pot until tender.
(Save some of the broth to cook with rice.)
Add sauerkraut to broth and bring to a boil. Drain and pour into baking dish.
Place spareribs on top and bake in oven at 450\u00b0 until brown. Turn the spareribs and brown on both sides.
