Bobotee - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. milk
1 large slice bread
2 Tbsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 onions, chopped
1 c. raisins
1/2 to 1 c. dried apricots
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped almonds
Preparation

Fry onions in the margarine until soft.
Soak bread in milk and squeeze.
Soak raisins in the extra milk.
Soften and chop the dried apricots.
Combine all ingredients.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven in a meat loaf or bread pan for at least 1 hour.
