Sweet Sandwich Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lemon
1 c. raisins
1 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. pecans, chopped

Preparation

In blender, grind lemon, peel and all.
Add raisins.
Mix with sugar and egg.
Cook in double boiler until it begins to thicken, stirring often.
